Welcome to Rinbang! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rinbang website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Rinbang is currently a developing startup in Germany, and will be formally registered as a legal entity in the future.

1) Your Rinbang Account
1.1 Account Creation: To use most features of Rinbang, you must register for an account. 1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials (email and one-time codes) and for any activities or actions under your account. Rinbang cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify Rinbang immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
1.3 Age Requirement: The Rinbang Service is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use Rinbang.
2) About Rinbang and How It Works
Rinbang is a platform for constructive dialogue between people and influential figures. Our goal is to create a transparent and respectful space where your voice can be heard and contribute to meaningful change in society. You can use Rinbang to express your opinions, concerns, and demands to public figures, politicians, and other influential personalities.
3) User Conduct & Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, tag, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any User Content that:
3.1. Is Unlawful or Harmful: Infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, or is otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful.
4) User Impact Point and Ranking System
Participation may earn “Impact Points” and higher ranking, granting additional visibility and trust.
5) Intellectual Property Rights
Content you post remains yours, but you grant Rinbang a license to use it for service functionality and promotion.
6) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Rinbang disclaims liability for indirect damages.
7) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rinbang from claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
8) Termination
Rinbang may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
9) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be resolved in German courts.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means acceptance.
