Rinbang enables constructive interaction between users and public figures. You can express opinions, concerns, and requests to politicians, celebrities, and influential personalities.

You are responsible for all User Content you publish. You agree not to upload or transmit content that:

4) The Authority Ranking System and Impact Points
4.1 Impact Point Calculation and Transparency
Participation may earn Impact Points. Ranking scores (Love, Hate, Trending) are calculated using our real-time proprietary algorithm based on verified user sentiment.
4.2 Ranking Disclaimer and Limitation
Rankings reflect public sentiment only and are not endorsements or verified assessments. Rinbang disclaims liability related to interpretation of rankings.
5) Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership and License Grant
Rinbang owns all platform IP. User Content remains yours, but you grant Rinbang a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content for service operation and promotion.
6) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 "As Is" Basis
Rinbang is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free, continuous, or secure service operation. Rinbang is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7) Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Rinbang against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8) Termination
Rinbang may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
9) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in German courts.
